Freelance Work

Welcome to my freelance showcase, a curated collection of projects where strategy meets design.
Here you’ll find a mix of UI/UX work, from mobile-first interfaces to landing pages and branding elements. Each project was built with intention, tailored to real users, real goals, and real-world constraints. Whether it was designing an intuitive app flow or bringing a brand’s story to life visually, these pieces reflect my hands-on, user-focused approach as a freelancer.

Gym Tracker App (In Progress)

For this project, I was responsible for designing the core UI components, defining the color scheme and typography, and illustrating a custom human body model used to visually display the muscle groups targeted by each exercise.

Key contributions:

  • Designed a complete UI kit, including buttons, input fields, toggles, workout cards, and status indicators, all built for consistency, scalability, and clarity in high-data contexts.

  • Developed a color and typography system optimized for contrast, readability, and accessibility across both light and dark backgrounds.

  • Created a modular body illustration system to highlight targeted muscle groups dynamically during workout previews and results, enhancing user feedback and making training more intuitive.

The visual system was designed to support both performance tracking and user motivation, making workouts easy to plan, execute, and analyze.

Currently I’m working on animating the body to provide visual guidance for the users for all exercises.

Food Delivery Hero Section

Key design decisions:

  • Visual storytelling through food: I used bright, high-quality food imagery to immediately evoke freshness and appetite appeal. The soft pastel background balances energy with calm, reinforcing a healthy lifestyle.

  • Typography & color: Clean, modern fonts paired with a minimal color palette, soft greens and a pop of yellow, communicate sustainability, optimism, and accessibility.

  • Content hierarchy: I structured the layout for fast scanning: bold headline → value proposition → benefits → CTA. The main button (“Comandă acum”) is visually prominent and repeated to guide users toward conversion.

  • Sustainability-focused benefits: Below the fold, I highlighted three key selling points (organic ingredients, nationwide delivery, eco-friendly packaging) using simple & short descriptions to reinforce trust and credibility.

Financial Services Landing Page

Key design decisions:

  • Clear, immediate value communication. The hero section leads with a strong headline and subheadline that clearly explain what the company offers, intelligent, AI-powered financial tools, followed by a highly visible call-to-action (“Get Started”).
  • Persuasive layout structure. The content hierarchy was carefully planned to mirror how users scan pages.

  • Testimonials & social proof. I used real testimonials from different organizations to build credibility and trust, reinforcing the idea that this solution already works at scale.
  • Simple, frictionless lead form. The form is placed toward the bottom as the final conversion push, with minimal fields to reduce drop-offs. Clear, consistent CTAs are used throughout the page to reinforce action.

SaaS Homepage Redesign

Key design decisions:

Trust-building sub-hero section

  • Added a trust message: “Join [number] of customers who trust theMarketer” — to create social proof and instantly boost platform credibility.
  • Integrated a slider showcasing partner brands to reinforce the platform’s authority and market presence

Feature overview section

  • Displayed all 9 features in a single view, allowing users to quickly scan and understand the full value proposition without scrolling.

Integrations section

  • Highlighted the 7 most popular integrations by default to simplify user experience and focus attention on what matters most. Included a button linking to the full integrations page for those who want to explore further, avoiding clutter.

  • Removed the dynamic slider to improve readability and keep the content more focused.

Template section

  • Introduced clear categories: Ecommerce, General, and two other popular industries — helping users quickly find relevant templates.

  • Added filter functionality to streamline navigation and surface the right templates faster.

Testimonials section

  • Moved this section right after templates to influence decision-making at a critical moment — after users see value and use cases.

  • Focused on highlighting testimonial content to help users relate to real experiences and better understand the platform’s impact.

Support information section (New)

  • Added clear access points for the knowledge base, email support, and live chat, building trust and showing theMarketer’s commitment to helping users.

Call-to-Action (CTA)

  • Designed a high-contrast CTA to stand out visually from the rest of the page and drive user action effectively.

Compressed footer

  • Streamlined the footer layout to reduce visual noise and keep attention on core actions and content.
